Deems Hillsdale County, Michigan, to be located in the Kalamazoo-Battle Creek, Michigan, Metropolitan Statistical Area for purposes of reimbursement under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act (SSA) of disproportionate share hospitals in Hillsdale County, Michigan, with respect to the operating costs of inpatient hospital services.
