To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to authorize the provision of education and related services to law enforcement and military personnel of foreign countries to prevent and control HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis.
Amends the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to authorize the Administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development (AID), in providing assistance for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis in connection with health programs for developing countries, to provide education and related services to law enforcement and military personnel of such foreign countries to prevent and control HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis. Sets forth certain conditions for the provision of such services.
