Summary

Amends the Omnibus Parks and Public Lands Management Act of 1996 to increase the authorization of appropriations for the Vancouver National Historic Reserve from $5 million for development costs to $15 million for development costs associated with capital projects consistent with the cooperative management plan. Limits the Federal share to 50 percent of such total costs.
