Summary

Fallon Rail Freight Loading Facility Transfer Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey real property within the Newlands Reclamation Project in Nevada generally known as 380 North Taylor Street, Fallon, Nevada, to the city of Fallon for the property's fair market value, without considering the value of any structures or improvements. Requires the amount paid to be credited to the appropriate Treasury fund relating to the Project.

Prohibits such conveyance until the Commissioner of Reclamation certifies that all liability issues relating to such property have been resolved.
