To amend the Tariff Suspension and Trade Act of 2000 to provide for the permanent designation of the San Antonio International Airport as an airport at which certain private aircraft arriving in the United States may land for processing.
Amends the Tariff Suspension and Trade Act of 2000 to make permanent the designation of the San Antonio International Airport in San Antonio, Texas, as an airport at which certain private aircraft arriving in the United States from a foreign area may land for processing by the U.S. Customs Service.
