Wyoming - Session 2026
Title: Medicaid rate increase-EMS services.
This bill would require ground ambulance service providers providing emergency medical services to be reimbursed by Medicaid at 100% of the current Medicare rate. This bill would require the Department of Health to report to the Joint Labor, Health and Social Services Interim Committee regarding the additional costs incurred by the increased reimbursement rate. The bill would also provide two appropriations.
