Wyoming - Session 2026
Title: Protection of nuclear facilities.
This bill would provide that armed security guards at commercial nuclear facilities are privileged to use defensive force against another person at a commercial nuclear facility if the guard reasonably believes that the defensive force is necessary to prevent certain criminal offenses from occurring. The bill would also establish the criminal offense of criminal trespass at a commercial nuclear facility.
