Wyoming - Session 2026
Title: Electricity from solar and nuclear resources-taxation.
This bill would amend the current tax on electricity generated from wind resources to levy an excise tax on electricity generated from solar and nuclear generating resources at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) per megawatt hour. Electricity produced from generating facilities would not be subject to a tax until three years after the facility initially produces electricity for sale.
