Title: Firefighters-paid leave and hazard pay.

Summary

This bill would allow firefighters employed by the State Forestry Division of the Office of State Lands and Investments to receive hazard pay and be eligible for paid time off in accordance with federal standards for firefighter hazard pay and paid time off. This bill would provide an appropriation to the Office of State Lands and Investments to provide firefighter hazard pay. This bill would also require the Department of Administration and Information and the Office of State Lands and Investments to promulgate any necessary rules.
