Title: Electric utilities and licensed suppliers of electricity; regional transmission entities.
Electric utilities and licensed suppliers of electricity; regional transmission entities; annual report. Requires each incumbent electric utility that is a member of or has established a regional transmission entity and each licensed supplier of electricity that is a voting member of a regional transmission entity to submit an annual report to the State Corporation Commission by February 1 of each year. Such report shall include (i) all recorded votes cast by the utility or licensed supplier at a meeting during the immediately preceding calendar year; (ii) all votes cast by an affiliate of the utility or licensed supplier at a meeting during the immediately preceding calendar year; and (iii) a brief description explaining how each vote cast by the utility, licensed supplier, or its affiliate is in the public interest.
