Electric utilities; integrated resource plans; State Corporation Commission to investigate electric load forecasts. Requires Dominion Energy to provide information related to forecasting its compliance with renewable energy portfolio standards in its integrated resource plans submitted to the State Corporation Commission, and requires that certain data be excluded from such forecasting. The bill also directs the Commission to initiate a proceeding to investigate the electric load forecasts prepared by Dominion Energy, Appalachian Power Company, electric cooperatives, and customers purchasing electricity from a licensed supplier by November 1, 2026.
