Summary

Use of seclusion and restraint in public elementary and secondary schools. Repeals the provision of law that directs the Board of Education to adopt regulations governing the use of seclusion and restraint in public elementary and secondary schools and instead codifies the contents of the Board's regulations that were adopted pursuant to such statutory directive.
