Title: Advanced leak detection technologies; SCC shall establish standards for use by certain facilities.
State Corporation Commission; pipeline leak detection and repair standards. Directs the State Corporation Commission to promulgate regulations for pipeline leak detection and repair standards for pipeline facilities used in the intrastate transportation of gas that are, at a minimum, as protective as the standards set forth in the Pipeline Safety: Gas Pipeline Leak Detection and Repair Final Rule issued by the U. S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration on January 17, 2025.
