Summary

Department of Housing and Community Development; Affordable and Special Needs Housing program; applicant notification. Directs the Department of Housing and Community Development to review all applications for the Affordable and Special Needs Housing program and formally notify each applicant of an award or a denial no later than 75 days after the application submission deadline. The bill additionally designates the Department to be responsible for providing applicants initial notice of award or denial under such program prior to any public announcement.
