Relating to making supplemental appropriations for disaster relief and preparedness and giving direction and adjustment authority regarding those appropriations.

Relating to an affirmative defense to prosecution for certain victims of trafficking of persons or compelling prostitution.

Relating to real property theft and real property fraud; establishing recording requirements for certain documents concerning real property; creating the criminal offenses of real property theft and real property fraud and establishing a statute of limitations, restitution, and certain procedures with respect to those offenses.

Relating to the temperature at which a facility operated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is maintained.

Relating to requiring notice regarding the potential eligibility to vote of certain persons convicted of a felony.

Relating to persons convicted of a crime

An Act relating to eligibility of criminal offenders for certain benefits, including the permanent fund dividend; relating to a permanent fund dividend for an individual whose conviction has been vacated, reversed, or dismissed; and relating to the calculation of the value of the permanent fund dividend by including payment to individuals eligible for a permanent fund dividend because of a conviction that has been vacated, reversed, or dismissed.
