ON MARCH 27, 2025, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 871, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 changes from January 1, 2026, to January 31, 2026, the deadline by which TACIR must report its fin dings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to each member of the general assembly and must provide a copy to the legislative librarian.
