AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 15, Chapter 2, relative to special days of observance.
ON FEBRUARY 24, 2025, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 325, AS AMENDED. AMEMDNEMNT #1 changes the date to observe "Father Charles Strobel Day"" from March 13 to March 12 of each year and clarifies that such day is not a legal holiday for purposes of closing public offices in this state."
