Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 69, Chapter 9, relative to operator requirements for boating.
ON MARCH 31, 2025, THE HOUSE SUBSTITUTED SENATE BILL 561 FOR HOUSE BILL 530, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED SENATE BILL 561, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 provides that the fee set by the commission, and the separ ate fee for issuance of a replacement card, must neither exceed $15.
