AN ACT to repeal Chapter 30 of the Private Acts of 1975 and Chapter 39 of the Private Acts of 1989, relative to the Bedford County road board.
ON MARCH 31, 2025, THE HOUSE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #2 AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 1405, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #2 requires t he Bedford County r oad b oard and the members thereof to continue to operate and perform their duties and functions until the expiration of the members' current terms, at which time the b oard will cease to exist.
