Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-23-121, relative to the Tennessee housing development agency.
ON APRIL 14, 2025, THE SENATE SUBSTITUTED HOUSE BILL 331 FOR SENATE BILL 129, ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1, AND PASSED HOUSE BILL 331, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 rewrites the bill to, instead, increase, from $4 billion to $ 5 billion, the maximum aggregate principa l amount for which the Tennessee housing development agency may issue bonds and notes at any one time.
