Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 5; Title 27, Chapter 1 and Title 57, Chapter 1, relative to recovery of costs.
ON MARCH 10, 2025, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 835, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 limits the application of the bill to administrative actions brought ag ainst the person or entity by the commission, or challenging the actions of the commission , and clarifies that the attorney's fees awarded must be actual and reasonable.
