Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40, relative to juveniles.
ON MARCH 17, 2025, THE SENATE ADOPTED AMENDMENT #1 AND PASSED SENATE BILL 239, AS AMENDED. AMENDMENT #1 requires TACIR to report its findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to each member of th e general assembly and to provide a copy to the legislative librarian on or before January 31, 2026, instead of January 1, 2026.
