Title: A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 27-1-80 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A PROPERTY OWNER MAY REQUEST FOR THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF A PERSON UNLAWFULLY OCCUPYING A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING AND TO PROVIDE FOR A COMPLAINT FORM; AND BY ADDING SECTION 16-11-40 SO AS TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR A PERSON WHO UNLAWFULLY DETAINS OR OCCUPIES RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.
