Title: A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 56-3-550 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES FROM DISCLOSING CERTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT AN INDIVIDUAL'S EXPRESS CONSENT, AND TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT TO ESTABLISH AND CARRY OUT WAIVER PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTS FOR SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION.
