An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, in lien of accounts due the Commonwealth and procedure in case of nonpayment, providing for liens against private property improved or renovated with State appropriations.

A Resolution encouraging the Department of Community and Economic Development to partner with the private sector and tourism promotion entities to establish and promote a Pennsylvania Sweet and Salty Trail to honor and recognize the importance and value of the confectionery, snack food, food manufacturing and agricultural industries in this great Commonwealth.

An Act amending Title 24 (Education) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in preliminary provisions, providing for student data privacy and protection; conferring powers and imposing duties on the Department of Education; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in institutions of higher education, abolishing the State Board of Higher Education and its powers and duties; further providing for Performance-based Funding Council and for public institution of higher education reporting; and providing for reversion of certain powers and duties of the State Board of Higher Education to the State Board of Education and Council of Higher Education.

An Act amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in alternative form of regulation of telecommunications services, further providing for network modernization plans and for additional powers and duties of commission.
