An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in general provisions, further providing for definitions; in licensing of drivers, further providing for examination of applicant for driver's license; and, in special vehicles and pedestrians, providing for low-speed electric scooters.

A Resolution directing the Joint State Government Commission to conduct a study on the feasibility of establishing a registry for those who abuse individuals considered to be vulnerable populations.
