An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in licensing of drivers, further providing for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; and, in penalties and disposition of fines, further providing for subsequent convictions of certain offenses.

An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, establishing the Health Care Facility Threat Assessment Grant Program; and imposing duties on the Department of Health.

An Act amending the act of December 15, 1982 (P.L.1291, No.292), known as the Medicare Supplement Insurance Act, providing for applications for medicare supplement policies.

An Act amending Titles 23 (Domestic Relations) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in protection from abuse, further providing for definitions and for relief; and, in sentencing, providing for electronic monitoring with victim notification.

An Act amending Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for protections against coerced debt; and imposing duties on the Treasury Department.

An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing the Domestic Violence Home Security Grant Program; and imposing duties on the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency.
