An Act providing for the registration of labor brokers; imposing duties on the Department of Labor and Industry and the Secretary of Labor and Industry; establishing the Labor Broker Registration Account; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in registration of vehicles, further providing for display of registration plate; and, in miscellaneous provisions relating to offenses in general, further providing for the offense of use of registration plate flipping device.

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for guidelines for user age verification and responsible dialogue; providing for the offense of prohibited promotion of sexually explicit conduct and for the offense of prohibited promotion of violence; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in jurisdiction and parties, further providing for representation; in proceedings prior to petition to adopt, further providing for home study and preplacement report; providing for adoption intermediary services and advertising; establishing the Adoption Intermediary Services Fund; and imposing penalties.

An Act amending the act of June 2, 1915 (P.L.736, No.338), known as the Workers' Compensation Act, in liability and compensation, further providing for compensation for cancer in the occupation of firefighter.

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in sexual offenses, further providing for the offense of indecent exposure.
