An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in grounds and buildings, providing for radon testing.

A Resolution authorizing the sale of property known as the Clearfield Location of Commonwealth University, located at 201 University Drive, in the Borough of Clearfield, Clearfield County. (This is a State System of Higher Education Property Request where final action on this request must occur within 30 calendar days following its date of transmittal to the General Assembly, excluding days on which either house is not in session because of an adjournment of more than 10 days to a day certain, or the request is deemed approved.)

An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in juries and jurors, further providing for qualifications of jurors.

An Act amending Title 23 (Domestic Relations) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in standby and temporary guardianship, further providing for definitions and for petition for approval of a designation.

An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in assault, further providing for the offense of terroristic threats.

An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in riot, disorderly conduct and related offenses, further providing for definitions; and, in employees, further providing for canine training standards for police officers.

An Act making appropriations from the restricted revenue accounts within the State Gaming Fund and from the restricted revenue accounts within the Fantasy Contest Fund and Video Gaming Fund to the Attorney General, the Department of Revenue, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.

An Act amending Title 44 (Law and Justice) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, imposing a fee for service on municipalities for municipal patrol services provided by the Pennsylvania State Police and providing for State Police patrol services agreements, for allocation of money, for fees for intermunicipal police response and for penalties.

A Resolution recognizing the week of April 12 through 18, 2026, as "National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week"" in Pennsylvania in honor of those whose diligence and professionalism keep our communities and residents safe."

An Act amending the act of December 4, 1996 (P.L.911, No.147), known as the Telemarketer Registration Act, further providing for definitions, for unlawful acts and penalties and for violations; and imposing penalties.

Modifying disability and retirement benefits and procedures for municipal police and firefighters

An Act relating to emergency medical dispatchers; classifying dispatchers in police or fire departments and in state trooper offices as peace officers under the public employees' retirement system; and providing for an effective date.
