Title: An Act for Better Education.
Reenacts GS 105-164.13C (Sales and use tax holiday), which created a sales tax holiday for certain school related goods between the first Friday of August and the following Sunday, as it existed immediately before its repeal. Applies to sales made on or after July 1, 2025.
