Title: Various Education Changes.
AN ACT TO REORGANIZE CHAPTER 115D OF THE GENERAL STATUTES AND MAKE NECESSARY CONFORMING CHANGES, TO MAKE VARIOUS CHANGES TO THE COMMUNITY COLLEGES STATUTES, TO ALLOW CERTAIN NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS TO REQUEST RESIDENCY LICENSES FOR TEACHERS, AND TO EXTEND THE REVERSION DATE OF SCHOOL SAFETY GRANT FUNDS. SL 2025-56. Enacted July 3, 2025. Effective July 3, 2025, except as otherwise provided.
