House amendment to the 1st edition clarifies that the act's exemption requirements from the State Building Code's door lock requirements of the means of egress for the described federally licensed firearms dealers does not apply to those dealers that are primarily engaged in the business of selling firearms or ammunition and have received prior authorization from the local fire code official to use an alternative means or method of achieving compliance with the Building Code's door lock requirements. Makes organizational changes.
