Title: Revise Suspension & Parental Notice Policies.
Prohibits corporal punishment in public school units by amending GS 115C-390.4. Provides that physical restrain under GS 115C-391.1 and reasonable use of force under GS 115C-390.3 are not considered corporal punishment.
