North Carolina - Session 2025
Title: DMV Materials in Additional Languages.
Amends GS 20-7 to require the Division of Motor Vehicles to provide an option for applicants to receive the drivers license handbook and take the written test required for licensure in Khmer and each language that is the primary language of at least 2% of the State's population. Effective January 1, 2026.
