House committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes. Removes the eleven parcels from the corporate limits of the Town of Oak Island instead of from the City of Southport. Makes conforming changes to account for the change to Oak Island from Southport. Clarifies that the parcels are as identified by the Brunswick County Tax Office Parcel Number (was, Parcel Identification Number). Makes conforming changes to the act's titles.
