Provide for court fees; change provisions relating to incentives for rural legal practice, protection orders, hearsay, sentencing, support order liens, and paternity proceedings; provide for no-contact periods for victims of certain assaults and civil actions for conduct relating to prohibited content or child exploitation devices; and provide for and change offenses involving mobile tracking devices, stalking, unlawful intrusion, operation of unmanned aircraft systems, and swatting

Change the administrator of the Financial Fraud Victims' Reimbursement Fund from the Attorney General to the Nebraska State Patrol

Require commercial motor vehicle driver training to include antitrafficking training

Congratulates the Lincoln Pius X Catholic High School boys cross country team on being the first Nebraska high school team to qualify for the Nike Cross Nationals

Adopt the Preventing Lethal Agricultural and National Threats Act, create restrictions on contracts with foreign principals, authorize the withholding of records, and provide civil penalties
