Constitutional amendment to create requirements for the use of the Nebraska Environmental Trust Fund

Limit the amount of property taxes that may be levied by a political subdivision

Change fees and funding for solid waste management, water wells, livestock regulation, hazardous waste management, clean water regulation, and litter reduction and recycling, change membership of a board, provide penalties and enforcement provisions for geologic storage of carbon dioxide, provide for entry upon property for the Perkins County Canal, correct references to and change jurisdiction of the Department of Water, Energy, and Environment, and require local governments to regulate operation of swimming pools, recreation camps, and mobile home parks

Provide for a tax on diesel fuels, change provisions relating to refunds for motor fuel taxes, the petroleum release remedial action fee, and the Motor Fuel Tax Enforcement and Collection Cash Fund, change and eliminate provisions of the Ethanol Development Act, and eliminate the Ethanol Production Incentive Cash Fund

Adopt the Large Load Customer Regulation Act, provide for eminent domain relating to energy storage and regulation and taxation of energy storage resources, and change provisions relating to cryptocurrency mining operations and data centers

Change and eliminate reporting requirements involving certain government agencies and preparation of the state executive budget and eliminate the Suggestion Award Board and the state employee suggestion system
