Provide for court fees; change provisions relating to incentives for rural legal practice, protection orders, hearsay, sentencing, support order liens, and paternity proceedings; provide for no-contact periods for victims of certain assaults and civil actions for conduct relating to prohibited content or child exploitation devices; and provide for and change offenses involving mobile tracking devices, stalking, unlawful intrusion, operation of unmanned aircraft systems, and swatting

Change the administrator of the Financial Fraud Victims' Reimbursement Fund from the Attorney General to the Nebraska State Patrol

Congratulates the Lincoln Pius X Catholic High School boys cross country team on being the first Nebraska high school team to qualify for the Nike Cross Nationals

Congratulate David Krier for earning the 2025-26 Gatorade Nebraska Boys Cross Country Player of the Year

Adopt the Large Load Customer Regulation Act, provide for eminent domain relating to energy storage and regulation and taxation of energy storage resources, and change provisions relating to cryptocurrency mining operations and data centers

Change and eliminate reporting requirements involving certain government agencies and preparation of the state executive budget, require the provision of copies of certain contracts to the Auditor of Public Accounts, and eliminate the Suggestion Award Board and the state employee suggestion system

Require the Department of Economic Development to award grants under the Business Innovation Act

Change and eliminate provisions relating to fees of the Secretary of State, notices of liens under the Uniform Federal Lien Registration Act and the Uniform State Tax Lien Registration and Enforcement Act, the central filing system, effective financing statements, the master lien list, and filed records under the Uniform Commercial Code
