Title: Creates a prohibition on licensing requirements for certain industrial mechanical maintenance work
SB 1349 - This act provides that any contractor performing maintenance of mechanical systems or equipment within an industrial facility, as described in the act, shall not be required to obtain a local or state license to perform such work. This act is identical to HB 1247 (2025). KATIE O'BRIEN
