AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PEARL RIVER COUNTY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF POPLARVILLE, MISSISSIPPI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW FIRE STATION TO SUPPORT PEARL RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND TO IMPROVE THE CITY'S FIRE RATING FOR THAT AREA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027.
