AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CITY OF HATTIESBURG, MISSISSIPPI, FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH IMPROVEMENTS IN THE WSF TATUM BOULEVARD, BONHOMIE ROAD, AND PARKWAY BOULEVARD AREA OF THE CITY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ROADS, BRIDGES, SEWER, DRAINAGE, SIDEWALKS, STORMWATER DETENTION, LAND ACQUISITION, UTILITY RELOCATION AND LIGHTING FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2027.
