AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-153, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT A RESIDENT WHO IS 65 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAY PURCHASE A LIFETIME CONSERVATIONIST LEGACY LICENSE TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE CONSERVATION AND TO LEAVE A LEGACY FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS; TO SET THE FEE FOR A LIFETIME LEGACY LICENSE AT NOT LESS THAN $250.00; TO AMEND SECTION 49-7-151, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
