AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 25-43-3.103, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE AGENCIES TO SUBMIT A NOTICE OF A PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULE ADOPTION TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE LEGISLATURE; TO REQUIRE THAT AN ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE NOTICE REQUIRED BY THIS SECTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
