AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 63-9-7, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN MOVING VIOLATIONS UNDER TITLE 63 AGAINST THE HOLDER OF A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE SHALL BE TREATED AS IF THE MOVING VIOLATION WAS AGAINST A PERSON WHO HELD ONLY A REGULAR DRIVER'S LICENSE; TO EXEMPT MOVING VIOLATIONS UNDER CHAPTER 11 OF TITLE 63 FROM THIS REQUIREMENT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
