AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 63-1-35, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO REQUIRE THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC SAFETY TO ENSURE THAT DRIVER'S LICENSES OR DRIVING PERMITS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT MAY BE PROVISIONED TO COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE DIGITAL WALLETS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
