AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 41-29-139, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON TRAFFICKING IN CERTAIN SCHEDULE I OR II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES OF A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DOSAGE UNITS OR MORE SHALL BE GUILTY OF THE CRIME OF AGGRAVATED TRAFFICKING OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
