AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO THE CITY OF PETAL, MISSISSIPPI, TO BE USED BY THE CITY TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO THE PETAL AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE TO ASSIST IN PAYING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PURCHASE, RENOVATION AND EQUIPPING OF A BUILDING LOCATED AT 226 E. CENTRAL AVENUE IN THE CITY OF PETAL TO HOUSE THE PETAL AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
