AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 63-7-59, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE OPTOMETRIST LICENSED TO PRACTICE OPTOMETRY IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO PROVIDE MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION TO PATIENTS WHO WOULD BE ALLOWED TO PLACE A FILM OVER THEIR WINDSHIELD IN ORDER TO SAFELY OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTERED IN HIS OR HER NAME; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
