Title: MS Municipality and County Fire Station Building Fund; establish.
AN ACT TO CREATE THE MISSISSIPPI MUNICIPALITY AND COUNTY FIRE STATION BUILDING FUND; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH FUND SHALL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE MISSISSIPPI EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY; TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH FUNDS SHALL BE USED TO RENOVATE, UPGRADE AND MODIFY LOCAL FIRE STATIONS; TO PROVIDE CERTAIN FUNDING FOR THE FUND; TO AMEND SECTION 45-2-1, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO CONFORM TO THE PRECEDING SECTION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
