AN ACT TO PROHIBIT GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES FROM USING A CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY; TO DEFINE THE TERMS "GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY", "CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY" AND "PAYMENT STABLECOIN"; TO AMEND SECTION 75-1-201, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO PROVIDE THAT THE TERM "MONEY" DOES NOT INCLUDE A CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
